On a cloudless morning 25 happy hikers met at the Outram Glen carpark.

20 trampers met up up North Road in North East Valley, on the corner of Crown Street. We headed off at about 9:45am up the valley in sunshine.

Camino de Santiago.
It’s September and Karen, Gail and Lyn, with friend Mandy, set out to walk El Camino from St Jean Pied de Port to the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela. The following photos were taken over their first couple of weeks walking.

After parking our cars and meeting up with the Taieri Hikers in Moana Rua Road, 20 Hikers headed off just after 10am and walked across the Kettle Park Sports field towards Marlow Park.
