Winter meeting times 9.15 am. to depart 9.30 am. June until end of August

See the ‘Trip Organisation Guidelines’ and ‘Track Grading Information’ for everyone’s responsibilities pre-trip, trip-day and post-trip, as well as ‘what to take’. Also ‘Trip Leaders and the Webteam’ guidance. Please note- a recce MUST be done prior to the trip.

For cancellations and changes to be communicated to members less than 48 hours before trip commencement, please phone the Webteam member on duty or any Webteam member or Ross Davies (027 611 4977).
Everyone: Please check the programme to see if/when you are a leader. If you are unable to do a walk for which you have been appointed a leader, it is your responsibility to either swap with someone or find a replacement, well ahead of time. Please advise Esther Willis or Pam Cocks (Trampers) or Katrina McKenzie (hikers) if any changes are to be made.
If bad weather is likely and you are either being picked up en route or meeting at the track start, ring the trip leaders to confirm if the walk is still on (it is not always possible to have emails sent out on the morning of a walk).
