21 trampers including a new tramper (Trudi) completed this walk in strong blustery NE winds. We did however get some shelter when we were in the bush at the lower parts at the start and the finish.
The distance was 10kms and everyone enjoyed the tramp, views, and exercise. Neil

  1. Hi all Trampers,
Whilst staying in Dunedin with my special friends Karl and Avril, they had organised (through Diane) for me to join in with some walking whilst I am here.
Consequently I joined the Trampers on two consecutive Wednesdays 14th/21st January, both of which I enjoyed immensely.
I would like to record my grateful thanks to everyone involved, I was made to feel very welcome.
In particular, Diane for the lifts on each occasion and the Tramping drivers Neil and Phil for the transport to each location.
Your organisation of the Tramps and the subsequent reports thereafter is excellent, it was a lovely added bonus to my holiday here.
I’ll be keeping tabs on your website when I get back home to the UK.

    With kind regards to all
    Sue Downie 😊
