Fruit Square – Jean

Flaky Pastry, roll out and divide in two.

Filling:
125g currants
1/2 cup sultanas
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tblspn spice
1 tspn ginger
1 tspn cinnamon
2 peeled and grated apples.

Mix well.
Put between pastry.
Bake 30 minutes 180C
