3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup bran
1 cup wholemeal flour and 1 tspn BP OR 1 cup self-raising flour
1 cup mixed fruit
1/4 cup wheat germ
1 cup milk
1 tspn vanilla essence
Mix all together in bowl.
Put in lined loaf tin.
Bake at 180C for 1 hour.
