Beat 2 eggs.
Add 2 raised tblspns sugar.
Beat.
Add 1 tblspn warm syrup.
Beat again.
Add 1 raised tblspn flour, 1/2 tspn cream of tartar, 1/2 tspn baking soda, 1/2 tspn cinnamon, 1/2 tspn ginger and pinch of salt.
Mix together.
Bake in deep patty tins for 12 minutes at 160C.
Makes 12.
